It is no easy feat to run an online store. If you are getting some help from part-timers or hiring full-time support, you will need to give your team members Lazada Seller Center access. There are several types of access that you can give as the main account owner and rights that you can give respectively to your needs.
Where do you create the role?
- You can find “User Management” under your Seller Center Profile.
- Click on it and you will be presented with an “Add User” option
- You will have the option to give different types of roles, do take note that “Seller Full Access” will empower the user to have full control of the Seller Account expect wallet
List of Lazada Seller Center Roles and Rights
1) Seller Full Access
The Seller Full Access role aims to manage his/her whole account (i.e. products, orders, reports, settings)
2) Seller Catalog Access
The Seller Catalog Access role aims to manage products (i.e. creation, update, stock handling)
3) Seller Order Access
The Seller Order Access role aims to manage orders.
4) Seller API Access
The Seller API Access role aims to manage products and orders via API. When logged in to Seller Center, the user has only access to the dashboard.
5) Seller API Product Access
The Seller API Order Access role aims to manage products via API.
6) Seller Stock Update
The Seller Stock Update Access role aims to manage the stock amount.
7) Seller Decorate Shop
Decorate Shop, only for ISV accounts
8) Seller Read Only
For account management services to access to ASC account but only with read-only access
9) Seller Junior Chat Agent
Role for a seller to add users just for Instant Messaging (Chat)
Be sure to give rights that required accordingly, especially for part-timers
